Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd in Kingston upon Hull is seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for a user base of over 500, helping resolve network, software, system and hardware issues.

You will join an established IT team as the first point of contact for all IT matters, delivering high-quality service, troubleshooting, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant IT Support Experience.
• Proven experience working with SLAs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft 365
• Experience with Networks - VPNs, DNS, Wi-Fi etc
• Ticketing Systems
• Entra ID / Active Directory
• Competent with supporting various hardware

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for a user base of more than 500.
• Join an established IT team as the first point of contact for all things IT.
• Contribute to the smooth running of networks, systems and hardware and drive process improvements.
