Job summary

IT Mob Limited in Hull is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their expanding team. The role covers firstline/secondline support across Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity, with a focus on delivering high-quality IT support to diverse clients.

You will start in a firstline capacity and learn through dedicated personal learning time, with clear progression opportunities within a busy MSP environment that serves public and private sector

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk/IT support roles preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows O/S and server environments.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide firstline and secondline IT support to clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows O/S, Server, hardware, networking and cybersecurity issues.
• Engage in ongoing learning time (2 hours weekly) to expand technical knowledge.
