Job summary

Erin Associates in Hull is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for 500+ users, handling network, software, system and hardware issues with strong troubleshooting and customer service.

You’ll join an established IT team as the first point of contact for all things IT, based in central Hull, focusing on SLA-driven support, career progression, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
Experience working with SLAs and customer-focused service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and AD services.
Experience supporting networks, VPNs and wireless.
Familiar with ticketing systems and hardware support.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for a user base of 500+ users.
Act as the first point of contact for IT issues and requests.
Contribute to the smooth operation of networks, systems and hardware.
