Job summary
Jigsaw24 is seeking a Service Desk Engineer in Nottingham to be the first line of support for Managed Services customers. You will diagnose and resolve incidents across Apple, Microsoft and Android, communicating clearly via phone, email and chat.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will work to meet SLAs, aim for first-contact resolution, and contribute to knowledge base updates while delivering excellent customer service.
