Service Desk Agent

Successful candidates will need to be onsite based in Aldermaston 5 days per week.

The role requires SC clearance, so it is open to UK Nationals only, as it will eventually require DV clearance. Please do not apply if you have dual Nationality.

Essential Requirements:

  3. Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers
  4. One or more years of experience with computer systems or computer security background
  5. Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Ability to be dynamic across business needs

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience using Incident Management Toolsets
  2. Experience with MS Office Products
  3. ITIL Preferred
  4. Virtual working environment
