Are you a pro-active self motivated individual with great admin skills, top customer service, and knowledge of Excel? Our client based in Uxbridge is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy Service Team to:

  • Provide high level customer service
  • Answer inbound calls received on the service line, giving customers excellent service
  • Action voicemails left on the answer machine
  • Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers
  • Create quotes for breakdowns and services
  • Close service reports
  • Manage account queries sent to Service
  • Create and manage return-to-fit requests when parts are needed to fix machines and return to site
  • Process worksheets submitted manually and manage stock adjustments
  • Create contracts for service agreements
  • Create and manage orders for cleaning products and spare parts
  • Support colleagues and engage proactively with all areas of the business
  • Always be customer-oriented and represent the company professionally
