Job Description:

Are you a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills, top customer service, and knowledge of Excel? Our client based in Uxbridge is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy Service Team. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level customer service
  • Answering inbound calls on the service line to deliver excellent customer service
  • Responding to voicemails left on the answering machine
  • Handling emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers
  • Creating quotes for breakdowns and services
  • Closing service reports
  • Managing account queries sent to Service
  • Creating and managing Return to Fits when parts are needed to repair machines and return to site is required
  • Processing worksheets submitted manually and managing stock adjustments
  • Creating contracts for service agreements
  • Creating and managing orders for cleaning products and spare parts
  • Supporting colleagues and proactively engaging with all areas of the business
  • Maintaining a customer-oriented approach and representing the company professionally
