Leeds Building Society is seeking a skilled Service Designer to join the Customer Change & Business Readiness team in Leeds. You will help translate our Customer Experience strategy into practical, testable designs that improve outcomes for both members and colleagues.

The role spans mortgages, savings and support services, requiring human-centred thinking and multi-channel design across digital, contact centres and branches.

Formación

• End-to-end service design experience across customers, processes, policy, technology and channels.
• Human-centred mindset with empathy, advocacy and research capability.
• Translate customer insight into practical, testable improvements and change.
• Design across digital, assisted and face-to-face channels including mobile, contact centres and branches.
• Familiarity with data-enabled services and automation.
• Comfortable working in uncertain, complex situations and bringing clarity and direction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to gain stakeholder buy-in.
