A leading digital transformation agency in Liverpool is seeking a Service Designer to lead service design for national public sector projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in service design within the UK public sector and a solid understanding of the GDS Service Standard. This role involves leading workshops, overseeing service designs, and ensuring user-centered approaches are prioritized. The position offers a hybrid work model after an initial six-month on-site period.

Location: Liverpool (3 days on‑site for first 6 months, then 2 days) + Hybrid
