Job summary

PentenAmio is seeking a Service Design Lead to shape, transition and operate managed services at scale in the UK. You will collaborate across technical, service management and delivery teams to design end-to-end service models, define processes and ensure readiness for launch.

You will use ITIL principles to drive improvements, facilitate workshops and support bids, with SC clearance or eligibility, in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in service design or service management.
• Knowledge of operating models, processes and workflows.
• ITIL principles and service management practices.
• Experience with service transition, onboarding or readiness activities.
• Ability to drive practical, sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end service models for new and existing services.
• Define service processes, workflows and operating models.
• Establish consistent service design standards and templates.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maturity.
• Support onboarding of new customers, services and capabilities.
• Define acceptance and readiness criteria before launch.
• Work with delivery teams to manage operational risks.
• Facilitate service design workshops and health assessments.
• Contribute to bids and customer growth by ensuring practicality and scalability.
• Support development of the Service Design capability as the company grows.
