Circet UK’s Home division is currently seeking to recruit Service Delivery Technicians to provide resources to our clients. Telecommunications Technicians are responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone, and TV services.

The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays. However, the role may involve considerable travel and work outside of regular hours without additional pay.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet Home, in line with best practices and client requirements.
• Perform Fibre and Copper installations, surveying, and repairing orders.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations, including traffic management.
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and inquiries.
• Continuously develop professional skills through training.
• Comply with company fleet policies.
• Follow current health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks.
• Operate tools safely and in accordance with safety standards.
• Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations.

Skills & Experience required – Full Training Provided:

• Full UK Manual Drivers Licence.
• Ability to manage technical work in the field with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interpret technical issues based on customer descriptions.
• Skill in diagnosing and fixing equipment problems.
• Good communication skills and effective prioritization of tasks.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Experience dealing with external stakeholders and effective communication.
• Experience in implementing, following, and updating procedures for service delivery.
• Understanding of client quality requirements.
• IT skills to coordinate with group control.
• Professional, self-motivated, with good communication skills and team integration abilities.
