As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will manage the LDP Operational Teams in the successful delivery of the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. The Service Delivery Supervisor will provide supervision to those teams under their jurisdiction, from work stack handover through to project completion in an effective and efficient manner. Success will be measured against our 3 imperatives: HSEQ performance, programme adherence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery teams during the works, including site setup, enabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill and reinstatement, and site completion.
• Attend all sites to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, including RAMS, regarding site setup, and brief the Team leader on responsibilities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards and procedures.
• Supervise the opening and closing of street works permits in accordance with NRSWA, managing Traffic Management and Permit Conditions, and capturing reinstatement completion information.
• Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage with customers and identify needs (PSR, language line, etc.) to minimize disruption.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to ensure service levels and objectives are achieved.
• Contribute positively and innovatively to the team, offering solutions and embracing change.
• Report safety issues following company procedures.

• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
• SCO 1, 2 & 5 (preferred)
• IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
• NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
