Job Description:

Overview: As a Purge and Relight Supervisor, you will work as part of the Cadent CMO on the Mains Replacement Contract across the North West, delivering a first-class service with safety as a priority. You will be part of a regional team of engineers and must possess a full UK driving license.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Inspect pipework alterations for meter relocations within client SLAs.
2. Perform gas safety checks and visual inspections of appliances, ensuring compliance with gas safe regulations and accurate record-keeping.
3. Engineer on-site solutions focusing on first-time fixes.
4. Manage workload planning and customer appointments to meet deadlines and customer needs.
5. Ensure accurate data collection and sharing with relevant departments.
6. Manage stock planning and control to ensure equipment availability.
7. Deputize for the service delivery manager when required.
8. Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
9. Maintain a good understanding of cost-effective working solutions as a mobile engineer.
10. Work autonomously with professionalism and focus on service quality.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer with strong IT skills.
• Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Certifications: CMET 1 & CMET 2, MET4, REG1 & REG2, CODNCO1, TPCP1, CCN1, CESP1, CMA1 or equivalents.
