The Vacancy

Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team based in Lossiemouth, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will manage and support the Service Coordinators and engineer teams to deliver maintenance and reactive works on budget, ensuring high standards in health & safety, operational processes, legislative, and client compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage direct labor and external contractors
• Control and oversee the day-to-day budget
• Support Service Coordinators in process development and planning
• Maintain reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Manage reports and team jeopardy management
