Job Description: Service Delivery Manager

We offer a cloud-based job management software that boosts efficiency and productivity for businesses, particularly in the construction and facilities management sectors.

The software features real-time job scheduling and tracking, mobile access for field engineers, and secure data storage for compliance and reporting. It also enhances customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information and reduces paperwork and manual data entry, resulting in significant cost savings.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions.
  2. Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
  3. Develop and refine operational processes.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
  5. Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
  6. Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
  7. Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends.
  8. Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
  9. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  10. Manage third-party vendor relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Customer-facing experience
  • ITIL certification (V4 preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of budgeting and P+L
