Job summary

Veolia in Greater London is seeking a full-time driver/operations coordinator to organise resources, ensure training, monitor performance and uphold contractual KPIs. The role involves keeping strong relationships with clients and residents, and delivering service excellence.

You will lead asset and people to meet - and exceed - expectations, maintain a daily culture of first-time collection, and align with Veolia minimum requirements while supporting improvement plans.

Qualifications

• HGV licence is required.

• Ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles.
• Monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, problem-solve for operational challenges.
• Delivery of a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPI's including updating LLPG information.

Salary: £42,740.88 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 15:00 pm. Working 1 in 4 weekends

What you'll be doing;

• Lead our people & assets to deliver/exceed service expectations.
• Developing an excellent day-to-day relationship with client officers and residents, built on trust and service delivery.
• Ensure operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans.
• Investigate safety incidents, under performance and disciplinary incidents.

• Multi-faceted Stakeholder relationship management, including Clients, Contractors and members.
