About The Role

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee various ITIL-related and client relationship duties, managing multiple client accounts in collaboration with the Account Manager and the wider Node4 team to deliver “Exceptional Service as a Standard”.

This role involves multi-department coordination, focusing on delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients. You will act as the main contact for service delivery issues within your accounts.

What will you bring?

  • Qualifications: English & Maths GCSE, grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • ITIL qualifications.
  • Security Clearance (desired, depending on account).
  • Experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, face-to-face).
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills, numeracy, and a structured approach.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Interest in Technology and Business.
