About The Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee various ITIL-related and client relationship duties, managing multiple client accounts in collaboration with the Account Manager and the wider Node4 team to deliver “Exceptional Service as a Standard”.
This role involves multi-department coordination, focusing on delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients. You will act as the main contact for service delivery issues within your accounts.
