We're on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery team!
As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll be reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader and supporting the development and use of service delivery management tools, standards, policies, and procedures that follow ITIL best practices.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support internationally renowned clients and technologies, with the aim of developing a reliable IT service and improving the organization's existing IT service infrastructure. Your goal will be to improve and develop the delivery of IT Support to clients in line with the ITIL Service Lifecycle.
