The platform also improves customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure IT services meet SLAs and effectively manage service disruptions.
  2. Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
  3. Develop and refine operational processes.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
  5. Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
  6. Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
  7. Implement new tools and stay updated on technological trends.
  8. Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
