Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom to lead complex client initiatives within IPS product lines, focusing on performance analytics and private markets solutions.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and Technology to deliver end-to-end client services, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement for some of the firm’s largest institutional clients in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing institutional investor relationships (pension funds, asset managers, family offices).
• Knowledge of investment operations, performance analytics, and risk reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex client initiatives across IPS product lines.
• Understand clients’ investment structures, operating models, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate responses to client requests and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes and oversee delivery plans.
• Prepare and manage executive-level reporting and escalations.
• Support contract renewals, fee discussions and commercial reviews.
• Contribute to client retention and revenue growth objectives.
