Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Delivery Lead to drive daily client servicing operations and cross-functional project delivery. You will act as a subject matter expert on regulatory and accounting topics, prioritize team requests, and coach the team to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field.
• Accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CA, ACA).
• 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert on local regulatory and accounting topics.
• Leads day-to-day delivery from Client Service team to clients by managing and prioritizing team queues/client requests and coordinating resources.
• Monitors and analyses operational performance metrics such as efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness, preparing regular reports.
• Identifies trends in datasets and addresses problems at scale.
• Supports process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Mentor and coach the wider team on internal systems, processes, and technical topics.
• Develops operational priorities and drives solutions in support of business objectives.
• Owns complex client queries and project work for the department.
