Job summary

Northern Trust in London is seeking a Service Delivery Lead for Private Markets and Investment Analytics to drive end-to-end client outcomes across IPS products, performance, analytics and private markets solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and complex client requests, and work with Relationship Managers, Product and Technology to deliver high-impact initiatives for institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing institutional investor relationships.
• Knowledge of investment operations, performance analytics, reporting and risk measurement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client initiatives across IPS product lines.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' investment structures and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Prepare and manage executive-level reporting and escalations.
• Support contract renewals, fee discussions, and commercial reviews.
