£25,500 - £27,500 DOE

Crewe

A rapidly growing company in Crewe is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves processing orders, taking customer phone calls, and building strong customer relationships. An induction period in the warehouse will help you gain product knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities
  1. Processing and preparing orders for customers over the phone.
  2. Arranging transportation of products to customer sites, ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Assisting with the installation of some products at customer sites.
  4. Building relationships with customers.
  5. Attending face-to-face meetings with clients.
  6. Staying informed of market changes and providing feedback to the team.
Skills and Experience
  1. Practical, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills.
  2. Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
  3. Experience in DIY, practical tasks, or home improvements is advantageous.
  4. UK driving license preferred.
  5. Positive attitude, flexible, and team-oriented.
  6. Eager to learn and progress.
Work Schedule

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekends.
