Job summary
Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services is seeking an organised and proactive Service Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards across multiple contracts from our Aberdeen sites. You will build relationships with contract clients, conduct site audits, and monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications.
In this role you will manage daily employee performance, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and align service delivery with HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance
Qualifications
- Strong experience in people management.
- Confident communicator and experience customer / client service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK clean driving licence (company car provided).
- IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with contract clients.
- Visit sites and conduct audit inspections.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications.
- Manage daily employee performances and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Ensure service delivery across multiple contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, Compliance).
