Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services is seeking an organised and proactive Service Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards across multiple contracts from our Aberdeen sites. You will build relationships with contract clients, conduct site audits, and monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications.

In this role you will manage daily employee performance, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and align service delivery with HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance

Qualifications

• Strong experience in people management.
• Confident communicator and experience customer / client service.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK clean driving licence (company car provided).
• IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable.

ROLE: Service Support Manager

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

LOCATION: Aberdeen, Balmoral Hub - Balmoral Business Park

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are seeking an organised and proactive Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning specifications and compliance procedures.
