• Monitoring performance and controls across your area of responsibility.

• Analyzing team performance, ways of working, and operational effectiveness.
• Managing stakeholder relationships to support change initiatives.
• Ensuring key controls, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coaching offshore teams and sharing motor vehicle industry knowledge.
