The successful candidate will ensure robust controls, deliver service improvements and support the business through change while maintaining a customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in AP, AR, or OTC functions.
• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of motor industry and dealer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and controls across your area.
• Engage with offshore teams to meet service levels.
• Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency.
• Analyze team performance and operational effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to support change initiatives.
• Ensure key controls and reconciliations are maintained.
