Job Title: Service Delivery Advisor (Technical Customer Service Advisor)

Location: Durrington (Worthing)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37/ week Monday - Friday

Job Overview

Working in a busy customer focused environment, you will be dealing with queries from external stakeholders such as developers, private homeowners, architects, plumbers etc as well as internal stakeholders, on a variety of issues.

Your role is to solve queries at first contact where possible, which may be,

discussing their requirements and providing advice on Developer Services applications, to assisting them on system issues.

Day to day duties include (but are not limited to):

- First time resolution of customer calls and effective administration of applications/correspondence/payments

- Keeping track of customer priorities and following up on commitments made to customers

- Ensuring Team targets are met

- Directing queries to the correct department if required

- Proactively identifying and solving problems

About You

You will be tech savvy with experience working in a customer service role. You will be able to pick up new technology quickly in order to advise others how to use it as well as fault find when customers are having difficulties on the system.

You will keep calm under pressure and have experience working to KPI's.

To be right for this role, you will have:

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to present information to customers concisely, clearly and accurately

Package

This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington (Worthing) office and home (2 days a week in the office, Wednesday and either Tuesday or Thursday with a monthly meeting in the offiice 1 Friday in 4). Initially, you will be required full time in the office for training for 2-3 weeks.

We are offering a salary of £26,800 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
