Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Care Coordinator in Gloucester to ensure efficient delivery of community care services in a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm role. You will manage rotas, coordinate care workers, and liaise with clients and families to maintain high standards of care.

The position blends office-based coordination with field duties, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Career progression and ongoing support from clinical teams are offered.
