Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Cheshire East North offices. The role focuses on developing and delivering a person-centred support package, safeguarding, and contributing to our values and ethos.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.
• Protect, support and educate individuals about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet safety needs.
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.

Responsibilities
