Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Cheshire East North offices. The role focuses on developing and delivering a person-centred support package, safeguarding, and contributing to our values and ethos.

Job title: Service Coordinator

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire East North.

Purpose of the role

• To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.
• To protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos
