Veolia Group in Wolverhampton is seeking a depot-based transport coordinator to ensure quality, health, safety and environment remain a top priority. You will manage daily service delivery, plan routes, communicate with customers and drivers, and drive efficiency at the depot.

What you'll be doing; Ensure Quality, Health, Safety and Environment remains the number one priority within the transport operation, providing a safe workplace for employees Manage the service delivery on a daily basis, including the dynamic planning of work to vehicles / routes, proactively communicating with customers, maintaining contact with drivers throughout the day, and undertaking debriefs Ensure that Service excellence is delivered, this includes:
What we're looking for; Essential: Able to demonstrate an understanding of transport compliance and WTD Good communication skills communicating with people of all levels including drivers, frontline employees and customers Ability to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace Working with a quality management system e.g. ISO Managing transport compliance. Experienced IT Skills, and the ability to adapt to Google operating systems Desirable: Previous experience operating within a similar industry; waste/transport/logistics
