As part of an exciting period of growth, Evolution Security is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role, based in Marlow, will be to ensure that all service contracts are up to date and in line with company agreements. The role will also support other departments as needed.

Requirements

As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Renewing service contracts and Software Support Agreements (including SSAs for Ireland), analyzing contract profitability
  • Collaborating with Sales and Project Managers to calculate increases
  • Assessing changes to systems over the past 12-18 months
  • Sourcing quotes for Third-Party Agreements, Software Support, and Subscriptions
  • Preparing proposals for new agreements
  • Invoicing maintenance agreements
  • Updating invoicing schedules and resolving invoice queries or raising credit notes
  • Ordering Third-Party Services, Software Support, and Subscriptions
  • Reporting invoicing figures
  • Preparing monthly maintenance forecasts for UK, Ireland, and BV
  • Maintaining contract details on the intercompany system
  • Generating won & lost reports for UK, Ireland, and BV
  • Logging maintenance orders on the Order Log for quotes and sales team proposals
  • Calculating call-out rate increases when appropriate
  • Checking service invoice inputs on Greentree and circulating for corrections
  • Approving supplier invoices
  • Producing analysis of monthly invoicing
  • Raising POs, dispatching equipment for calibration, and maintaining calibration records
  • Supporting SAP project development and transfer of services
  • Assisting the Admin Team with general queries
