Are you highly organised, confident liaising with clients, and experienced in managing business service processes?

Berry Recruitment are NOW recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Wallingford for a Business Service Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for contract leasing support, ensuring all operations run smoothly, queries are resolved efficiently, and service standards are upheld.

Role: Business Service Coordinator:

Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00)

Key Responsibilities of the Business Service Coordinator:

  • Act as the main liaison point between the company, clients, and rental leasing providers
  • Review and manage all lease contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Set up and maintain client accounts within internal systems
  • Handle and resolve any client or leasing company queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and follow up on default payments, working closely with accounts to ensure resolution
  • Proactively identify and resolve any service delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to contracts and services
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team where needed

About you:

  • Previous experience in a coordination, service, or contract support role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail
  • Confidence working with clients and external providers
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
