Service Coordinator (Scheduler/Controller/Customer Service)

Exeter

Hybrid Working: 3 Days Office and 2 Home Working

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday (39 hours a week)

Salary: A GBP 28,000 to A GBP 30,000 + 10% Annual Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Laptop + Training

As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating engineers to handle breakdowns and scheduled service work, maintaining communication with customers throughout. You will also prepare quotations and address customer queries. Close collaboration with service engineers, supervisors, and managers is essential.
