In the role of Service Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless organization and execution of service operations. This includes coordinating service appointments, managing technician schedules, and ensuring that all service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates on service status and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong commitment to customer service. Proficiency in using software for scheduling and customer management is preferred, and experience in the engineering or service industry is a plus.
