Job summary

Artemis Clarke Ltd is recruiting for a Service Controller at our Leighton Buzzard head office. You will coordinate pre-planned maintenance bookings, schedule visits for engineers and ensure accurate data entry in our systems.

You will also communicate with customers to arrange follow-up visits and work closely with engineers to monitor job progress. The role requires strong IT skills (Office 365, Word, Excel), commercial insight and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Track record in service administration or service coordination.
• Experience scheduling and planning maintenance/work visits for engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take pre-planned maintenance bookings from customers and plan/schedule them.
• Speak with customers to arrange follow-up visits and book them in.
• Interact with Service Engineers and process engineer job sheets/work reports.
