The Opportunity: Service Controller

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock, Briggs Equipment

The Impact you will have:

  • Delivering industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets by managing Engineer productivity, work and time management,
  • Effective call handling expectations and service level agreements.
  • Prioritising and scheduling all work activities to meet customer expectations in accordance with the Company’s contractual requirements and KPI
  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times.
  • Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution
  • Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe
