Due to growth, we are recruiting a Service Contracts Manager to work across all Atlas Copco customer sites. The role involves developing, implementing, and driving standard processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, and promoting our service potential through value-added support in all site-based service contracts.

The Service Contracts Manager will help develop our on-site presence, improve operational efficiency, demonstrate value, and collaborate with the wider team to implement new service products. The role includes leading customer interactions related to service delivery, providing advice and feedback tailored to customer needs. Identifying potential business opportunities and working with our service sales team to deliver proposals for renewals and new business are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement all operational processes.
  • Develop and deliver KPIs to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customers are informed of operational and value-added activities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with the service sales team to increase contract value or quote for additional services.
  • Participate actively in contract negotiations, extensions, or related discussions.
  • Manage each customer's variable/spare part spend through the support team.
  • Ensure smooth start-up of new contracts aligned with business and customer expectations.
  • Maintain best practices across all customer sites.
  • Monitor and report on contract profitability.
Your Duties Will Include
  • Lead by example, maintaining professionalism with customers.
  • Ensure the highest levels of health & safety at all times.
  • Promote and uphold 'housekeeping' and 5S best practices.
  • Support and deliver monthly toolbox meetings.
  • Own customer problems and work with the service team to resolve issues.
  • Support sales activities by developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Seek new business opportunities across all sites, collaborating with the sales team to enhance service business and contract value.
  • Track KPIs such as invoicing status, spare tools, site CCAR issues, parts spend, and failure modes.
  • Use standardized procedures and KPI reports across all contracts.
  • Support and implement new processes.
  • Share information and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to engineers supporting the contracts.
What You Can Expect From Us
  • A supportive environment within a collaborative team.
  • Training from day one, with at least 40 hours annually.
  • An excellent benefits package, including a pension scheme.
  • A rewarding career with opportunities for development and progression.
