Job summary

Everkool Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead field service operations across our Northwest region. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative work, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer service. A strong client-facing approach is essential to drive successful service delivery.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, CSCS card, and F-Gas qualification. You’ll coordinate with engineers and management to optimise job delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• F-Gas Qualification.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems, including commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive breakdowns.
• Diagnose system faults quickly and accurately, providing effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Liaise with customers with clear updates and professional communication.
• Work closely with engineers, service coordinators, and management to ensure smooth job delivery.
• Attend emergency call-outs when required (additional pay or rota system may apply).

Requirements
