Job summary

A Local Authority is seeking a Service Charge Advisor for a 2-3 months contract in Croydon. This role includes assisting the Service Charge Team with preparing and issuing service charge statements and ensuring a high customer-focused service. Key Duties/Accountabilities (Sample):

• Assist in the preparation and issuing of both estimated and actual service charge statements.

• Support Service Charge Analysts in analysing expenditure and monitoring scheme-specific budgets.

• Respond professionally to customer queries, providing accurate documentation and timely updates.

• Help prepare invoices for audit review and certification.

• Maintain accurate system records and ensure data integrity across databases.

• Contribute to quality control and dispatching of service charge information.

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure full recoverability of costs.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support service improvement initiatives.
