Join to apply for the Rent & Service Charge Analyst role at Hexagon Housing Association.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and assist with the management of rent and service charges across Hexagon. You will support the development and implementation of effective service charge management systems and provide support to colleagues on rent and service charge issues.

Role

This role is suitable for candidates seeking their first officer level role or experienced Analysts. You will need:

• Knowledge and experience of rent and service charge processes
• A good understanding of basic accounting procedures
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues
• Strong IT and numeracy skills
• Experience with housing management and financial systems (SUN and CX desirable)
• Part-qualified accountant or willingness to undertake relevant qualification
