Job summary

ArrowXL is seeking a Service Centre Team Leader on a six-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role covers 5 shifts over 7 days from 7:00 to 18:00, guiding a fast-paced service centre and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You will coach, develop and motivate team members, cover for the Service Manager when needed, and drive improvements while upholding company standards and values. DBS/pre-employment checks apply where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service centre environment.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, social media, email, and written correspondence.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Maintain oversight to identify and address root causes of customer complaints.
• Deliver training sessions to support service excellence.
