Job summary

The role focuses on team leadership, resource planning, and process improvement in a fast-paced warehouse/service environment, with emphasis on housekeeping and defect reporting to maintain high service standards.

Proactive and hands-on Team Leader to support the night shift and day shift operation, ensuring service targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. The successful candidate will lead by example, support team performance, and drive operational efficiency.
