Job summary

Auto Windscreens is seeking a Service Centre Technician to help maintain KPIs and standards within the Service Centre, while supporting colleagues and customers. The role includes stock management, waste disposal coordination, and assisting the Service Centre Manager during absences.

You will liaise with Technicians, the Service Centre Manager, and Area Manager, ensuring health and safety standards are followed and daily operations run smoothly.

• Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and by telephone.
• Able to plan and organise own workload.
• Flexible and proactive with ability to work on own initiative.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Experience in a service centre environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs and targets in the Service Centre.
• Maintain standards of the Service Centre.
• Provide help and support to colleagues and customers.
• Support stock management within the Service Centre.
• Manage the Service Centre during absence of the Service Centre Manager.
• Provide operational information to management teams.
