Job summary

Auto Windscreens is a leading UK automotive glazing company, renowned for innovation and service. We are recruiting a Service Centre Supervisor based in Luton to help maintain KPIs, Service Centre standards and provide support to colleagues and customers.

The role includes assisting the Service Centre Manager with stock control, coordinating with technicians, and upholding health & safety across the centre.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current KPIs and targets as a Technician.
• Maintain Service Centre standards.
• Provide help and support to colleagues and customers.
• Support the Service Centre Manager with stock control.
• Manage the Service Centre during absences/annual leave of the Manager.
• Provide operational information to management teams.
• Communicate clearly with Technicians, Service Centre Manager and Area Manager.
• Ensure H&S standards and processes are followed in the Service Centre.
• Replenish consumable stocks and arrange glass/chemical waste collections.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as advised by the Manager or Area Manager.

We currently have exciting opportunities for a Service Centre Supervisor based in Luton

Responsibilities

• Maintaining your current KPIs and targets as a Technician
• Maintaining standards of the Service Centre
• Provide help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
• Supporting the Service Centre Manager with the effective control of stock management within the Service Centre.
• Managing the Service Centre during any period of absence and annual leave of the Service Centre Manager
• Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
• Liaise closely through clear and timely communication with Technicians, Service Centre Manager and Area Manager.
• Supporting the Service Centre Manager to ensure all H&S standards and processes are maintained within the Service Centre.
• Controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
• Arranging the regular collection of the glass waste and chemical waste.
• Any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Service Centre Manager or Area Manager.
