Job Title: Service Centre Supervisor

We currently have exciting opportunities for a Service Centre Supervisor based at our Exeter Service Centre.

No experience as a technician? No problem! We will provide full training and welcome applications from individuals with some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain current KPIs and targets as a Technician.
2. Uphold standards of the Service Centre.
3. Provide help and support to colleagues and customers, both internally and externally.
4. Assist the Service Centre Manager with stock management within the Service Centre.
5. Manage the Service Centre during the Manager's absence or leave.
6. Provide operational feedback to management teams.
7. Maintain clear communication with Technicians, the Service Centre Manager, and Area Manager.
8. Support the Service Centre Manager in maintaining H&S standards and processes.
9. Control and replenish consumable stocks.
10. Arrange regular collection of glass and chemical waste.
11. Perform any other duties as advised by the Service Centre or Area Manager.

Skills Required:

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
3. Good planning and organizational skills.
4. Flexible approach to work demands.
5. Proactive and self-motivated.
6. Previous experience as a technician is advantageous but not essential.
