Job summary

Auto Windscreens is seeking a Service Centre Administrator to join our Leicester service centre. You will support the Deployment Centre Supervisor with general administration, ensuring documentation is compliant, and assist colleagues and customers both internally and externally.

You will help keep the network scheduling system running smoothly by intervening when needed and maintaining clear communication with customers, technicians and management, while upholding Health and Safety processes.

• Good planning and workload organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete general administration duties to support Deployment Centre Supervisor with 100% documentation compliance.
• Provide help and support to colleagues and customers internally and externally.
• Ensure efficient operation of network scheduling system; intervene as needed and communicate with customers, technicians, and supervisor.
• Provide operational information and feedback to management.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with external customers, technicians and field management.
• Assist with controlling and replenishing consumable stocks.
• Ensure Health and Safety processes are adhered to.
