Gallagher is hiring a Service and Renewals Advisor in Wakefield. You will support customers with renewals, prepare quotations, and communicate options clearly to ensure appropriate cover. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and empathy are essential as you work with a supportive team to deliver a positive experience.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required.
• Ability to explain complex language in writing or over the phone.
• Attention to detail to accurately review and assess documentation.
• Empathy and ability to remain calm when dealing with customers.
• Customer service skills to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Computer literacy to use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with their insurance renewals, providing guidance and ensuring correct cover.
• Create and process renewal quotations, discuss policy options and changes to cover.
• Make and answer calls to gather information, provide updates and resolve questions or concerns.
• Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience, ensuring customers feel valued and confident in our products and service.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage retention through excellent service.

Hours:40 hours per week, Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday (once every 3 weeks)

How you'll make an impact

• Support customers with their insurance renewals, providing clear guidance and ensuring they have the right level of cover for their needs.
• Create and process renewal quotations, discussing policy options and any changes to cover while always putting the customer's interests first.
• Make and answer calls from customers and clients to gather information, provide updates, and help resolve any questions or concerns.
• Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience, leaving customers feeling valued and confident in our products and service.
• Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging retention through excellent service and proactive support.
• Balance multiple tasks at the same time, using a range of systems while working as part of a supportive, friendly, and agile team.
