Opportunity Profile

• Responding to on-demand service calls on all types of fire alarm systems and other disciplines.
• Delivering a first‑class customer service.
• We want our Engineers to consistently develop and up‑skill their expertise, knowledge, and capabilities; we offer on‑going training with opportunities to up‑skill and train in other disciplines.

Key Requirements

• Experience of front‑line customer service.
• Must be flexible to travel.
• Fire Alarm experience is mandatory.
• Other disciplines training provided if required.
• A full UK driving licence – mandatory.

Opportunity Proposal

• Salary will be assessed on skillset.
• Vehicle provided (small van or estate car).
• Over time rates (over 40 hours) 1.3 times.
• Night rate (after 8pm) – 1.5 times.
